Congratulations on your Rising Star/Luminary nomination! Each year, at the HBA's annual Spring Signature event, we recognize the year's Rising Stars and Luminaries. One way we do this is through a compilation of reaction videos. Thank you for participating in this self-recording process. We can’t wait to celebrate & recognize YOU.

To record your video: 

1. Slowly say your name so we will be sure to get the pronunciation right! 
   1. Optional: As it suits your personality, feel free to use props, like a champagne glass, party hat, etc., to celebrate
2. Wait for ~two seconds.
3. Now you're on! Smile for ~three seconds while looking at the screen.
4. Cheer and celebrate for ~five seconds. You can...
   • Smile and wave your hands
   • Give a thumbs-up
   • Show your props
   • Any other gestures that convey celebrating
5. Look at the screen with a smile for another ~five seconds.
6. End the recording and review your video. Re-record as needed.
